Free AI OFM Course: Persona to Posting in 8 Lessons (2026)
A free AI OFM course in eight lessons, no email gate: write an adult persona, lock one face, animate it, add lip-sync and sketches, then label and post.
Start Here: Eight Lessons, No Email Gate, No Upsell
You want to learn AI OFM without paying for a Discord membership or handing your email to a sales funnel. This page is the whole course: eight lessons you can read right here, with no email gate, no paywall and nothing to buy at the end. You'll finish with a persona sheet, one reusable face reference, a finished first frame, three kinds of short clips and properly labeled profiles.
What needs an account. Reading is free. Lessons 3 to 7 point to pages of the Spicy Studio playbook, which open with a free account, and every new account starts with 25 free credits, no card needed. Two of those pages, sketch videos and complex motion control, need Spicy Pro (€25 a month) or a higher plan.
How the playbook pages work. Each covers one job with its models, settings and prompts, and most prompts have a Use in Image Lab (or Video Lab, or Lip Sync) button that opens the tool with everything filled in. The Spicy Academy pairs several of these pages with related articles.
What it won't do. Promise income or sell you a get-rich blueprint. This is the production side of the work, checked against the studio and each platform's rules in October 2026.
Lesson 1: The Three Parts of an AI OFM Account
An AI OFM account is a small media business built around a creator who doesn't exist. It has three parts.
Reach. Short vertical clips on Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts introduce the character to strangers. They stay non-explicit, because mainstream apps restrict nudity and sexual content.
Profile. Viewers who like a clip tap through to a profile that says plainly the persona is AI-generated.
Paid page. Fans subscribe on a platform that accepts AI creators, under its rules (Lesson 8).
Recognition holds it together: people come back for a face, a voice and a sense of humor they know. For the meaning of the term and how it compares with a classic agency, read What Is AI OFM?. This course sticks to the steps.
Lesson 2: Write the Persona Sheet Before Any Prompt
A one-page persona sheet costs no credits and keeps you from drifting into a new character every week. A worked example:
- Name: Nora Vale - Age: 29, and she has to read as an adult at a glance in every image - Base: Lisbon - Niche: trail running and budget weekend trips - Wardrobe: running gear, an oversized denim jacket, one silver necklace she never takes off - Caption voice: short and dry, one question per post - Off limits: unpaid brand mentions, politics, other creators' faces
Choose a niche you could fill a month of posts about without repeating yourself, and stay in it.
Rules that never bend. The persona is fictional and 18 or older, and it isn't modeled on a real person, famous or not, without that person's documented consent. It must also look like an adult to everyone: Fanvue's AI policy says prompts, captions and stated ages don't change how content is judged, so an age on the sheet won't rescue a face that could pass for a minor. Spicy Studio's Terms allow only fictional adults or consenting adults.
Keeping that face identical for months is a skill of its own: see Consistent AI Character for AI OFM.
Lesson 3: The Face Reference and the First Frame
Each video model in this course animates the still you hand it. It can't repair a soft face, waxy skin or a hand cut off at the edge, which is why the playbook's first-frame workflow is the lesson to get right.
Make the face reference once. In the Image Lab, generate a single front-facing portrait of your persona, for example: “Front-facing portrait of a 29-year-old woman with shoulder-length dark hair and light freckles, relaxed expression, plain pale wall, soft window light, sharp focus on the eyes, natural skin texture, vertical 9:16.” Attach that file to every generation from now on; change it and the account soon looks like several people.
Face-replace a real photo. Instead of describing a scene, the playbook starts from a real photo that already has the pose, setting and light you want. In GPT Image 2, attach that photo as reference 1 and your face reference as reference 2, choose 9:16 and prompt: “Same as image ref 1, but with the woman from image ref 2.” GPT Image 2.5 and the Nano Banana models handle it too. Real light and framing make the result read as a snapshot, not a render.
Use only photos you took or have written permission to use, of consenting adults. A real body is still a real person: Fanvue requires verification and consent from anyone whose face, body or voice appears in AI content, and says an AI-altered face is not proof of consent.
Then enhance. Pass the result to Nano Banana 2.1 or Nano Banana 2 with “Enhance the image quality”, which sharpens detail without changing the person.
Check before you animate: a sharp face; the same character from the same reference; vertical 9:16; natural light and real skin, no glossy finish; clothes and a place that suit the niche; hands and anything that will move inside the frame.
Cost. At default settings the face-replace is 10 credits in GPT Image 2 (1K, medium) and the enhance is 10 in Nano Banana 2 or 12 in Nano Banana 2.1 at 2K, so a finished frame runs 20 to 22 credits. GPT Image 2.5 charges 9 at 1K medium plus 1 per reference image.
Lesson 4: Animate the Still, Your Cheapest Video
The cheapest way into video is the animate workflow: one frame, one prompt, no other footage. It suits ideas where the movement is the hook, like a reveal, a reaction or one small action. Ask for too much and plain image-to-video looks fake, so keep the motion small.
Put the props in the picture. The video model only moves what's already in the frame; it won't invent the coffee cup you forgot.
Write the action in order. In the Video Lab, choose Seedance 2.0 or Seedance 2.5, which the playbook prefers to the Kling models for this job, attach the frame and set 9:16. Then spell out what happens, beat by beat:
“The camera remains completely still. The woman finishes tying her running shoe, stands up and checks her watch. She looks into the camera, raises her eyebrows and jogs out of frame to the left. Ultra realistic. Natural movements.”
One chain of actions per clip, not a full scene. The closing “Ultra realistic. Natural movements.” is the playbook's trick for believable motion.
Cost. Seedance 2.0 makes 5 to 15 seconds at 7 credits a second at 480p or 15 at 720p, so a 5-second test is 35 credits. Seedance 2.5 makes 4 to 30 seconds at 10, 22 or 39 credits a second (480p, 720p, 1080p).
Lesson 5: Give Your Character a Voice With Lip-Sync
Lip-sync is for clips where the words carry the joke, and it's the fix when motion control fails because the speaker's face turns away or gets covered. The lip-sync workflow needs only the audio, so the original footage stops mattering.
Get clean audio. Record the line yourself or use a voiceover you hold the rights to; never use a real person's voice without consent. Save it as an MP3 with little background music, trimmed to the line, since shorter clips sync more accurately.
Make a frame that's ready to talk. Face-replace a front-facing photo with the mouth closed, so the sync starts cleanly.
Sync it. Add the image and the MP3 in Lip Sync. The prompt can stay empty (the playbook's default is “The camera remains still at all times.”), or describe the body language for an emotional read: “She starts calm, then laughs and shakes her head on the last word. The camera remains still at all times.”
Cost. Spicy Lip Sync bills whole seconds with a 5-second minimum: 10 credits a second at Standard (480p) or 18 at Pro (720p), so a 7-second line is 70 credits at Standard. Caption every word for people watching muted.
Lesson 6: Motion Control, Plus a Pro Bonus for Camera Moves
Motion control copies the moves and timing of a reference clip onto your character. It's how a persona joins a trend without anyone filming her.
Start with the source. Film the clip yourself or get the creator's permission in writing, and only use footage of consenting adults. Trends are inspiration, so never re-upload or lightly remake someone else's video. Instagram's own tips for creators say it's less likely to recommend reposts of reels already on the app, content with noticeable watermarks, and accounts that regularly collect and reshare other people's posts.
Pick a clean clip. One person, a face visible throughout, a plain background. Clips where the person speaks right away, with a caption on frame one, work best.
Rebuild the opening frame. Take a screenshot of frame one, then swap your character's face onto the person in it (Lesson 3).
Run it. In Character Swap, pick Kling 3.0 Motion Control. Upload your new frame where it asks for a character image and the clip where it asks for motion; keep the original sound when the voice is part of the joke. If the face turns away mid-clip, switch to lip-sync.
Cost. 20 credits per second of motion video at Standard or 27 at Pro, with a 3-second minimum and clips up to 30 seconds. An 8-second remake is 160 credits at Standard.
Pro bonus: complex motion control. When the camera moves or the action gets fast, regular motion control is the weaker tool. The complex motion control workflow (Spicy Pro) has Seedance 2.0 or 2.5 copy a whole shot from a reference video, camera move and audio included, in four steps: know when you need it, pick the reference video, recreate the first frame, generate. Seedance then bills generated plus reference seconds: 4 credits a second on Seedance 2.0 at 480p, so an 8-second shot copied from an 8-second clip is 64 credits.
Lesson 7: Sketch Videos With Dialogue (Spicy Pro)
Sketches give a persona a personality, and Seedance 2.0 and 2.5 generate the picture, the voices and the background sound in one pass. The sketch workflow, part of Spicy Pro, takes one street-interview example from format to finished edit.
Borrow the format, never the video. Look up formats that keep working on TikTok and Instagram, such as street interviews, Meta-glasses POVs and podcast clips, and note each one's hook, punchline and length. Then write new lines for your own character, with no real people, brands or news outlets in them.
Keep the script tiny. Open with a hook inside two seconds, then a few lines and a payoff, all within 15 seconds, with each spoken line in quotes. For Nora:
Interviewer: “Best travel hack you know?” Nora: “Book the cheapest flight, then run to the gate.” Interviewer: “Does that work?” Nora: “I've run six marathons. All of them in airports.”
Generate. Make the opening shot from your face reference, with a microphone held toward her (or a first-person angle for a POV). In the Video Lab, attach it to Seedance 2.0 or 2.5, set 9:16 and match the duration to the speech. Seedance 2.0 starts with sound off, so switch it on. The Pro page has the full prompt structure behind its example.
Cost. A 10-second sketch is 70 credits on Seedance 2.0 at 480p (sound doesn't change the price) or 100 on Seedance 2.5 at the same resolution. More formats: AI Influencer Reels: 6 Viral Formats.
Lesson 8: Edit Lightly, Label Clearly, Post Within the Rules
Edit lightly. Four of the playbook’s video workflows (motion control, lip sync, animate and sketch) close with the same short edit checklist. Start the clip with a caption or a POV setup already on screen, and add emojis and on-screen text where the clip peaks. Drop a meme sound under the reaction and zoom in fast on the punchline; the zoom also covers minor AI glitches. Leave out heavy effects, and export with no watermark from another app.
Label every profile. On 31 August 2026 Instagram renamed its “AI creator” label to “AI-generated profile”; switch it on by editing your profile. Instagram says profiles featuring an AI-generated person that skip the label will have their reach limited, while creators who add it themselves see no change. TikTok's Community Guidelines require a clear label whenever AI or editing realistically depicts people or scenes. In the EU, the AI Act's transparency rules took effect in August 2026; Is AI OFM Legal? explains what they mean for you.
Disclose on the paid page. Fanvue accepts fully AI accounts, but whoever runs one still verifies with a government ID and a selfie, discloses AI media clearly and prominently (by watermark, caption, message or bio line) and answers a clear yes if a fan asks whether it's AI. Guides to OnlyFans' rules report that AI content there needs an AI caption such as #ai and must show the verified creator, which makes a fully fictional persona a poor fit. Re-read each platform's terms before launch.
Keep social posts non-explicit. TikTok's guidelines don't allow nudity, sexual activity or sexual services, and Instagram falls under Meta's adult nudity and sexual activity rules. Check each app's rules on links in bio, and never hide where a link leads.
Know who does what. Spicy Studio makes the images and video; posting, scheduling and fan conversations are yours. Never tell a fan the persona is a real person.
Where 18+ content fits. This course stays non-graphic on purpose. A full course on 18+ images and video for fan platforms is planned as the playbook's Spicy / AI OFM track, marked coming soon. The mature models (Spicy UNCENSORED for images, Spicy UNCENSORED Video and HappyHorse 1.1 for video) already sit behind a one-time age confirmation. Generations are private to your account by default, and Spicy Studio doesn't use anything made with the mature models for marketing or promotion. See Uncensored AI Image & Video Generator for their rules.
What It Costs to Practice Every Lesson
Free. All eight lessons, plus 25 credits on a new account: enough for your face reference and one face-replaced frame (10 credits each), or one frame and its enhance pass, but not video.
Small top-ups. One-time packs never expire: €2 buys 90 credits, enough for a 5-second Seedance 2.0 test at 480p (35) and two more finished frames (40), and €5 buys 240.
A first month on Basic. Spicy Basic is €10 a month for 600 credits (see the plans). For example: seven finished frames at 20 credits (140), four 5-second animate clips (140), two 7-second Standard lip-syncs (140) and a 6-second Standard motion-control remake (120). That's 540, with 60 left for retries.
Spicy Pro. €25 a month for 1,800 credits, plus the sketch and complex-motion pages. The models themselves work on every plan, and plan credits reset each billing cycle without rolling over.
Starting with $0. You can learn the whole workflow and make a first frame for free. Regular video needs credits, so budget before you commit to a posting schedule.
Paying for an AI OFM Course? Check These Red Flags
Searching “AI OFM course Reddit” for honest opinions? Paid options are usually a monthly community or a one-off bundle, and some repackage what's already free. Watch for these signs.
Income promises. “$X a day”, “passive income”, a business “live by tonight”. Nobody can promise what a persona will earn; AI OFM Success Stories shows how few viral income claims hold up. In March 2026 the FTC announced a proposed order that would ban Air AI and its owners from marketing business opportunities, after alleging they falsely told buyers they were likely to earn substantial income.
Inflated value and fake scarcity. A bonus stack “worth” many times the price, or a countdown that restarts when you reload.
Reviews you can't trust. Raves posted minutes after purchase, or complaints about missing modules and a silent Discord.
Risky recruitment. Offers to run your account for a revenue split that ask for remote access to your computer or a real photo of your face. Never hand over either.
Stale lessons. Anything recorded before 31 August 2026 misses Instagram's AI-generated profile rules.
Before paying, make sure you can see every lesson title, read the refund terms, find no earnings promises and spot the 2026 rules in the syllabus. And read Make Money With AI OFM before spending a cent.
Earnings Disclaimer
This course teaches production skills. It is not a promise of income or a business opportunity, and it isn't legal or financial advice. Results vary: many AI persona accounts never earn meaningful income, and outcomes depend on your content, audience, niche, effort and costs, including credits, platform fees and time. If you make income claims, run ads or sell to fans, follow the law where you sell: the FTC (US), the Competition Bureau (Canada) and the ACCC (Australia) treat misleading earnings claims and hidden ads as illegal. None of them has reviewed or endorsed this course.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this AI OFM course really free?
+
Yes. You can read all eight lessons here without an account, an email address or a payment. The playbook pages they link to open with a free Spicy Studio account; only the sketch and complex motion control workflows need Spicy Pro (€25 a month) or a higher plan.
What does it cost to practice the lessons?
+
Reading is free. At default settings a finished first frame is 20 to 22 credits, a 5-second Seedance 2.0 clip at 480p is 35, and Standard lip-sync and motion control are 10 and 20 credits a second. Top-ups start at €2 for 90 credits; Spicy Basic is €10 a month for 600.
How do I get started in AI OFM with $0?
+
Learn first and spend later. The lessons and the persona sheet cost nothing, and the 25 credits on a new account pay for your face reference and one first frame. Video is where spending starts, so treat any pitch that says the business runs for free with suspicion.
Should I pay for an AI OFM course?
+
Sometimes, if it teaches something current you can't get free. Before paying, check that the whole syllabus is visible, that refunds are explained, that nobody promises earnings and that it covers the label Instagram renamed “AI-generated profile” on 31 August 2026.
Does this course teach 18+ content?
+
No. It stays on the social side and keeps everything non-graphic. Mature workflows will live in the playbook's Spicy / AI OFM track, which is marked coming soon. The 18+ models already in the studio are for fictional or consenting adults only and sit behind an age confirmation you give once.
Want to run this yourself? Every new account starts with free credits.
