Wan 3.0 Guide: Uncensored AI Video, Settings and Costs

Wan 3.0 is the newest major version of Alibaba's Wan video model. After a public beta in early August 2026, Alibaba announced the official launch on August 24, 2026: clips of up to 30 seconds, output up to 1080p, and native audio covering dialogue, music and sound effects (Alibaba Cloud announcement). Developers reach it through Alibaba's Model Studio API, in a standard version and a speed-optimized Prime version.

Here, the standard Wan 3.0 powers Spicy UNCENSORED Video, an 18+ model for lawful adult content within the Terms. The settings:

Mode: text-to-video, or a first frame for image-to-video with an optional last frame (which only works alongside a first frame). A prompt is always required.

Length: 2–30 seconds, 5 by default.

Resolution: 480p, 720p (default) or 1080p.

Shape: adaptive, which follows your first frame (16:9 for text-to-video), or 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:3 and 3:4.

Audio: native, on by default, the same price either way.

Spicy UNCENSORED Video bills per second of output: 480p costs 6 credits, 720p 13 and 1080p 25, with a floor of 26 credits per clip that only affects 2–4 second clips at 480p.

5 seconds: 30 / 65 / 125 credits.

15 seconds: 90 / 195 / 375.

30 seconds: 180 / 390 / 750.

Text-to-video: say who is in the shot (with an adult age), what happens over time, the camera, the light and the sound. For example: “A 29-year-old woman with short dark hair crosses a rooftop terrace at dusk, stops at the railing and looks back over her shoulder. Slow tracking shot, warm city lights. Sound: distant traffic, soft music from a bar below.”

Image-to-video: the first frame already sets the look, so describe only what changes. Add a last frame when the clip must end on a specific pose or framing.

Long takes: for 15–30 seconds, write the shot in beats (“first…, then the camera…, finally…”) so something happens the whole time.

Draft 5 seconds at 480p (30 credits) before paying for length and resolution.

Seedance 2.5 also reaches 30 seconds with native audio and adds reference images, video and audio, but it's a mainstream model and costs more per second (10 / 22 / 39).
