AI Tools for Content Creators: A 2026 Toolkit for Images and Video
The AI toolkit a creator actually uses: stills, B-roll, talking clips, motion transfer, cleanup and upscaling in one studio, with costs and the rules to follow.
Your Ideas, Everyone Else's Production Budget
A creator's week fills up with production chores: the thumbnail, the establishing shot you never filmed, the clip of you saying a line you forgot, the logo that's still burned into an old export. AI doesn't come up with the idea or the voice of your channel, but it can take most of those chores off your plate.
This is the toolkit, grouped by job, with what each tool costs on Spicy Studio and the rules that keep your channel safe. Everything below shares one credit balance, so you can move between tools without juggling subscriptions.
Stills: Thumbnails, Covers and Story Frames
Fast drafts. Nano Banana 2.1, the Image Lab default, makes and edits images from up to 14 reference photos at 12 credits for 2K. Use it to explore ideas before you commit.
Text in the image. GPT Image 2.5 handles readable words and precise edits, from 4 credits at 1K low quality up to 4K for print work.
Finished looks without prompts. Templates put your face or product into a ready-made style for 18 credits. Our guide to AI templates for creators covers thumbnails, covers and banners.
Motion: B-Roll, Talking Clips and Movement
B-roll from a still. In the Video Lab, Kling 3.0 animates a first frame into 5- or 10-second shots (60 credits for 5 seconds at 720p). Seedance 2.5 makes clips of 4 to 30 seconds with native audio, and Veo 3.1 makes a fixed 8-second shot at up to 4K.
Talking clips. Lip Sync animates a portrait to an audio file: 10 credits per second at Standard (480p), at least 5 seconds. The full method is in make a photo talk with AI.
Your movement, another character. Character Swap with Kling 3.0 Motion Control transfers motion from a driving video you recorded onto a character image, at 20 credits per second (3-second minimum). See the motion control guide.
Cleanup and Finishing
Cut out a subject. Background Remover: 4 credits per image, or 2 credits per second for a 3- to 15-second video, with a transparent or replacement background.
Remove your old watermark. Watermark Remover cleans logos and captions off your own footage and images (4 credits per image, 2 per second of video). Only use it on content you own or have the rights to edit.
Erase distractions. Eraser removes objects you paint over or describe, for 8 credits per image or 4 per second of video.
Sharpen everything. Image Upscale goes to 2K, 4K or 8K (8, 10 or 12 credits), and Video Upscale to 1080p, 2K or 4K (16, 28 or 56 credits).
Staying Organized
My Library. Keep folders of your reference images: your face photos, a recurring character's sheet, brand assets, product shots.
History. Past generations stay in your history for 7 days on Basic, 30 days on Pro and without a time limit on Ultimate and Creator, so download the keepers.
A series bible. One document per series with the prompts, models, settings and reference images that define its look. It's what keeps episode twelve looking like episode one.
Rules Creators Trip Over
Label realistic AI content on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Use only people who agreed: your own face, fictional characters or collaborators who consented. Clear your music. And avoid mass-producing near-identical videos, which platforms treat as low-value content; our guide do AI videos get less views? covers each platform's current rules.
Comparing studios? Our Spicy Studio vs Higgsfield comparison covers how the two differ for creators.
What a Creator Week Costs
Five 2K stills on Nano Banana 2.1 (60 credits), three 5-second Kling 3.0 B-roll clips at 720p (180), one 15-second Standard lip-sync clip (150) and three 1080p video upscales (48) come to 438 credits a week, or roughly 1,750 a month. That's inside Spicy Pro's 1,800 credits for €25 a month. New accounts get 25 free credits to test the tools first.
Frequently Asked Questions
What AI tools do content creators use?
+
Typically an image generator for thumbnails and covers, an image-to-video model for B-roll, lip sync for talking clips, and cleanup tools such as background removal, object erasing and upscaling. Spicy Studio has all of these on one credit balance.
Can AI make B-roll for YouTube videos?
+
Yes. Generate or upload a still, then animate it in the Video Lab. A 5-second Kling 3.0 clip at 720p costs 60 credits; Seedance 2.5 can make longer clips with native audio.
Can I make a talking video from a photo?
+
Yes, with Lip Sync: upload a portrait and an audio file. It costs 10 credits per second at Standard or 18 at Pro, with a 5-second minimum. Only use your own photo, a fictional character or someone who agreed.
How much does an AI content toolkit cost?
+
It depends on volume. A week of five stills, three B-roll clips, one 15-second lip-sync clip and three upscales is about 438 credits, so roughly the €25 Spicy Pro plan per month.
Do I need to label AI content as a creator?
+
Yes, when it looks realistic. TikTok, Instagram and YouTube each ask creators to label realistic AI-generated content, and unlabeled content can be restricted or removed.
