AI Stream Graphics: Templates for Twitch and YouTube Streamers

Make starting-soon screens, Just Chatting backgrounds, banners and emote concepts with AI templates and prompts, plus how to animate a scene for your stream.

A Stream Has More Screens Than You Think

Before anyone hears you speak, they've seen your starting-soon screen, your background, your panels and probably your offline banner. A branded stream needs a dozen of these, and they go stale every time you change your theme for a season, a subathon or a new game.

AI won't replace a designer for your logo, but it is very good at the rest: scenes, backgrounds and seasonal refreshes you can regenerate whenever you want. On Spicy Studio you can do that two ways: templates, when you want yourself in a finished look, and short prompts in the Image Lab, when you need a specific scene or format.

The Screens Worth Generating

Starting soon, BRB and ending screens. Make them at your stream canvas size (for a 1080p stream, 1920 × 1080). Keep them calm and low in detail so your text and timers stay readable.

Just Chatting backgrounds. A room, a cityscape or a studio set to sit in front of. Describe the depth you want: a blurred background with a sharp foreground prop looks more natural behind a webcam.

Profile and offline banners. Wide images where your channel name sits in the middle. Leave a clean band for text and add the lettering yourself afterward.

Event art. Subathon, charity stream or anniversary visuals in your usual palette, so they look like part of the same channel.

Emote and mascot concepts. AI gives you ideas and references to refine, not finished emotes. At emote size, clean shapes and bold outlines matter more than detail, so most streamers redraw or simplify the best concept.

Templates or Prompts?

Use a template when you're in the shot. For a profile picture, a "live now" announcement or a stylized portrait for your about panel, pick a Cinematic template in the template gallery, upload a well-lit photo of your face and generate. It's 18 credits at 1K or 2K, 28 at 4K.

Use a prompt when you need a scene. Backgrounds and screens need a set aspect ratio and empty space, which templates don't control. In the Image Lab, Nano Banana 2.1 renders 16:9 or 21:9 at 2K or 4K for 12 or 18 credits. A prompt that works: “Cozy streamer bedroom at night, purple and teal LED strips, bookshelf and plants, soft bokeh, empty space on the left third for a webcam frame, no people, no text.”

Say what to leave out. “No text” and “no people” stop the model from inventing a fake overlay or a stranger in your room.

One Look Across Every Screen

Write down the palette, lighting and setting words that worked and reuse them in every prompt, changing only the scene: the same neon palette for starting soon, BRB and ending screens reads as one package.

Keep your references in My Library: the face photo you use for templates, your logo and your best background. When a template works for you, generate with it once to unlock its prompt, then copy its style words into your own scene prompts.

Make a Scene Move

A slow loop behind a starting-soon screen looks more alive than a still. Upload your background as a first frame in the Video Lab and ask for small, steady motion: “Slow camera drift to the right, LED lights pulse gently, rain on the window, no new objects.”

A 5-second Seedance 2.0 clip at 480p is 35 credits; Kling 3.0 at 720p is 60. Upscale the clip with Video Upscale to 1080p for 16 credits so it matches your canvas, and sharpen stills with Image Upscale (2K, 4K or 8K for 8, 10 or 12 credits).

New accounts get 25 free credits, enough for a background or two before you decide on a plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can AI make Twitch overlays?

+

AI is good at the image parts of an overlay pack: backgrounds, starting-soon, BRB and offline screens, banners and event art. Add your text, alerts and webcam frame in your streaming software or an editor.

What size should stream screens be?

+

Make full-screen scenes at your stream canvas size, which is 1920 × 1080 for a 1080p stream. Check each platform's current guidance for banners and panels before you export.

Can AI create Twitch emotes?

+

It can give you concepts and references. Emotes are tiny, so most streamers simplify or redraw the best concept with clean shapes and bold outlines before uploading.

How much do AI stream graphics cost on Spicy Studio?

+

A Nano Banana 2.1 background is 12 credits at 2K or 18 at 4K, and a template generation is 18 credits at 1K or 2K. New accounts get 25 free credits.

Can I animate my stream background?

+

Yes. Use the image as a first frame in the Video Lab and prompt slow, steady motion. A 5-second Seedance 2.0 clip at 480p costs 35 credits.
